As an electrician who has dealt with your company for the last 6 years I would like to say the service you offer in hard to find parts always brings a smile to my face when I fix one of my customers light fittings.
Steve and David are always there to give invaluable advice even when it becomes technical in nature. Their experience shows that when I describe an issue they normally know exactly what the causes may be.
Before calling me out some of my customers test the product incorrectly and this shows they have no understanding of the product. It’s normally the same 2 words I hear ‘it’s faulty’ and I love demonstrating how wrong they are.
I was going to place a review on an outside website but was stunned to read some reviews which are just atrocious in content. I have received nothing like the service these people claim to have received.

Thank you for your kind words. I am pleased we are able to continue to assist you.
We are aware of a particular review site and some of the so called ‘reviews’ left including the four reviews left by the same person. We have searched for these customers however cannot locate their sale on our system which leads us to believe they could be malicious or have another motive for reviewing ie. competitor.
Unfortunately we have no control over fake reviews.
I will gladly add your review to our website as I feel it needs to be known that review sites can be abused and should not be trusted.
As you have noticed we place customer reviews showing our ability to help customers who are angry or upset that their light fitting does not work and demonstrate how we respond to a positive outcome. Review sites do not show this.
