You have a huge amount of sympathy from me with all the issues that the Royal Mail has created for your business. It must be so frustrating. From my point of view this is the third time that I have dealt with your Company and, subject to receiving my latest order, I have always received excellent customer service and I will make a point of reflecting my view on Trustpilot etc:. It’s a shame of the 7 bollard lights I bought, not from you, 4 of them, so far, have failed due to LED driver issues, but good for your business!
