I am emailing to express my thanks for the transformer I received today in Australia two days after ordering.
The service I received from Steve has been exemplary. Steve was able to point me in the direction of the exact model I needed.
However upon opening the package there was also a UK newspaper contained within.
What a lovely gesture and something I would not expect any company to include.
My light now shines brightly and I thank you for keeping my light going for many more years.
