SaveMyLight have no issue selling items to Russian customers however we are unable to ship any items to Russia.
The reason for this is that Russian customs are continually refusing the entry of our goods to Russia.
Upon this happening we then have to pay for the return of the goods back to the UK.
Whether this import ban has something to do with the sanctions imposed on Russia we do not know.
Should you reside in Russia and require our products the only option we can suggest is to send the items to another country for forwarding back to Russia.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but this issue is firmly down to Russian Customs.
