Hi Steve,
Received the KTB 210a transformer today, fitted it and there is no lights!!
Have checked all screw connections which are good, transformer is making a small clicking sound.
Any idea!!

Dear Andrew,
If the transformer is clicking, this means the safety cutout is engaging.
You need to check your light fitting for signs of wire damage, which could be causing an earth out.
Could you also check the total wattage of all the bulbs does not exceed 210w.
Cease use of the transformer as continual turning on and off will damage it.

Thanks for the quick reply and the advice which was spot on, we have put in some 20w bulbs which had taken the wattage over the 210w it can handle, all sorted now.
