I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how thankful we are that we found your website. After spending far to much money on a statement lighting piece for our dining room, for it to pack up in just under two years was absolutly gutting. Then to find out the manufacturer stopped making it and and we could not get replacement parts was the final blow. Thats when I decided to take it apart and find out what was wrong. One quick web search and there you were. After a bit of advice over email I ordered a replacement transformer, which arrived very quickly. After about 1/2 hour taking the old one out and putting the new one in we had LIGHT again.
