I just wanted to thank you for the service received to fix my light. From start to finish the advice given was wonderful even for someone like me with no electrical knowledge.
I was about to leave a review on Trustpilot but wanted to let you know about some of the horrific posts that have been left and was not sure if you were aware of them. The service I received is certainly nothing like what these people mention. Are you aware?

Yes, we are aware of these reviews. Some of the reviewers we have dealt with and others we do not know who they are. Unfortunately some of the reviewers ways of dealing with matters is to threaten the retailer with a demand. For example, free goods, compensation if their demands are not met.
All reviews shown on our website are from customers such as yourself who have emailed in to thank us. This means we can verify who is saying what.
This company will not be swayed by demands to send free goods whenever someone demands so and our return procedures must be followed exactly as per any other retailer.
We had a member of staff leave last week after 4 years of service as she could no longer handle abusive customers shouting down the telephone or sending threatening emails.
We are now taking a hard line approach to this behaviour as it is simply unacceptable but is now becoming normalised in the retail world.
I am pleased you are happy with our service and it is nice to receive emails such as yours knowing that our service is working.
