Dear,
On 14 December 2012 I purchased a transformer through your website (see order information below).
Unfortunately the transformer has recently stopped working. According to your website, you offer a 1 year warranty. Could you please provide instructions on how to get this item replaced?
Order number 100002589
Item : EAGLERISE EET210CK / SET210CS ELECTRONIC TRANSFORMER
Thanks in advance for your response.
Best regards,

Dear Sir,
You will need to return the item to us.
However we would ask you to check first that the transformer is not in SCO mode (Safety Cut Out) as this will give the impression the transformer has failed, when infact it has not.
What we don’t want you to do is send it back only to find it is an SCO issue as this will result in a testing fee being charged.

Dear Sir, Steve,
Then first I have a question for you
How can I check and repair?
How can I tell if this is in SCO mode and how do I remove it from that position ?
Thanks for your comment.

Response
Dear Sir,
The transformer needs to be removed from the light fitting completely including the wiring from the terminals.
Wait a minute and then reinstall.
If the transformer still does not work it may still be detecting a fault.
The only way to 100% confirm the transformer is faulty is to install into a light fitting of a similar specification to check the transformer. This would be the cheapest cost option.
Do not install a new transformer into the light fitting that is currently not working in case the fault is with the light fitting as it could damage the new transformer.
