I want to thank your team for the sterling advice given to my husband to fix our light fitting. I appreciate that it is hard to diagnose a repair by telephone but your staff member david did just that.
We ordered the part from you, replaced the damaged piece of wiring which was hidden under the old transformer, installed the new transformer and the light is now working so thank you for all your help.
