yesterday in perfect condition and I just picked it up this morning from
Customs.
Both of us were not very confident about the delivery by the striking
post in England. However it was an immediate delivery at the end, thanks
to your immediate action, save packaging and fair trade. Once again

Thank you for your lovely email. This has really delighted me to read.
We have had huge troubles with courier companies since August 2022. Firstly with Fedex who had three price rises making shipping with them impossible as customers would not pay their outrageous prices and now Royal Mail who have been striking over pay and conditions since October 2022 have now been hit by a cyber attack.
This has crippled their service which means at the moment we cannot ship internationally. This attack is hitting our business very hard not to mention many angry emails from customers who are chasing their orders.
When we were shipping internationally many customers were not collecting their goods and simply abandoning them at Customs meaning they are returned.
We are continuously trying to find a cheaper, better shipping option for customers but all couriers are raising their pricing which is making it very difficult.
I will pass this email to all staff who no doubt will be thrilled to read and we would all like to wish you a Happy New Year.
