I would like to bring to your attention the assistance your company gave me regarding two transformers I purchased late last year, which went faulty in February 2013.
We recently had what we think was a power surge in our home, which damaged one of the transformers in our light fitting and partially damaged a second.
From the time I sent the transformers back to David for testing to the conclusion of this matter the service received was exemplary.
Infact, it was that good that I am changing procedures at my company to take your lead in dealing with customers. If we conducted business like you I am sure we would be doing a lot better.I was kept informed regarding what was going on including a full explanation of what went wrong with the transformers.
As the damage was not covered by the guarantee I did have to purchase two new transformers, but I was shocked to receive an email from Steve telling me he was discounting them by 30% as there were other customers in my area with the same problem. A group discount, which I have to say is something I would never have thought of.
I can only describe this as a lovely gesture.
I have no hesitation in recommending your company and will add you to our approved supplier list.
