Thank you for all your help and advice so far.
I have followed your advice and got an electrician to drop by with the necessary probes, sensors etc and he found that the sensor switch you illustrated on your email is dead!
So could you please send me the illustrated item which is exactly the same as the one I have.
Please tell me the total cost if sent by post as you did for the previous part and I will pay by debit card as previously.
