Just to advise that the delivery arrived yesterday evening, all intact and un-damaged I am pleased to report.
Further, I was not contacted by FedEx in advance of delivery to pay any import duty charges, which was extremely helpful as it means I do not have to go through any refund process. I would say a lot was to do with the note you put on the packaging, so again appreciated.
Thank you for all your help in so swiftly dealing with this on first recognition the initial delivery arrived in a damaged condition.
